Objective

Water Partner Sqaure is the global business matching program for developing water projects and business across the world. As a global platform for connecting governments, public and private sectors for accelerating dissemination or sharing in the water sector, it will create new business and investment opportunities for sustainable water development and management.

KIWW2017 Previous Outcome

In conjunction with the 8th Water Business Forum, the Water Partner Square organized more than 100 business match meetings among the KIWW participants. The value of the meeting would be estimated to reach about 1.8 million USD and it has signed a contract of about 140,000 USD




KIWW2016 Previous Outcome

In conjunction with the 5th Water Business Forum, the Water Partner Square has provided more than 116 business meetings arrangements among 31 delegates including water ministers, CEOs and directors of over 14 water utilities, 26 leading water businesses, NGOs and the R&D sector. During the KIWW 2016, it also offered opportunities to engage with partner countries, including MOU, NDA and cooperation agreement.

  • Cooperation Agreement signed by Desalination Technology Research Institute (DTRI), Center of Excellence in Desalination Technology (CEDT), Global MVP for ‘Seawater Desalination Using Membrane Distillation’
Cooperation Agreement signed by Asia Water Council (AWC), Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA), Chile Waterworks Association, K-Water (Division of waterworks), Smart Water Grid Research Group, Indonesia Water Indonesia Water Institute, Nigeria Committee on Large Dams for “International cooperation for Smart Water Management”
