From November 23 (Wed) to 26 (Sat), 2022,
Korea International Water Week 2022 (KIWW 2022) will be held at EXCO in Daegu.

At this KIWW 2022, under the theme of ‘Fostering Water Environment Resilient to Climate Crisis’, a venue for sharing to seek sustainable water management measures in the era of climate crisis will be held.

On the day of the opening ceremony (23rd), you can watch the KIWW 2022 event through YouTube live. For sincere comments of cheering and expectation on KIWW 2022 in the YouTube live chat window, we will give gifts through a draw! (Total of 60 winners!)

▶ Opening Ceremony
On the day of the opening ceremony (23rd) from 10:05 am to 10:10 am, there will be an opening speech of Wha-Jin Han Minister, Ministry of Environment, Rep. of Korea, which will be followed by a congratulatory speech of Joon-Pyo Hong, Mayor of Daegu Metropolitan City. Also, from 10:25 am to 10:40 am, Ki-Moon Ban, Chairman, Foundation for a Better Future will give a keynote speech, and a panel discussion on the importance of sustainable water management for humans and nature will be held. In addition, in the special performance from 11:20 am to 11:30 am, there will be a hologram performance and a splendid performance by electric violinist JUA.

On the Nov. 23rd 2022 (Wed) at 18:30 pm, a promotional video will be screened, followed by an opening declaration and guest introduction by Soyeon Lee, Announcer from 19:05 pm.
Following that, a welcome message of Ok-ju Son, Director-General of the Water Resources Policy Bureau of the Ministry of Environment and the KJWP Awards Ceremony (Prime Minister Award, Ministry of Environment/Minister of Education Award, etc.) will be held. Lastly, after 19:30 pm, the program will end with dinner and a fusion Korean music performance.
